Memphis Blues wants YOU to come with us to the 2026 DCI WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS in Indianapolis! When you submit an Interest Form we will email you immediately with even more details including the audition materials.

 

The first opportunity for brass and percussion to audition in person is at our December 5-7 camp to be held at Houston High School in Germantown TN. The fee is $100 and will be applied towards your $3,000 membership fee should you be offered a contract. You can pay the camp fee here on our website. Everyone will stay overnight at the school, and all meals will be provided. If you need to fly, we will pick you up at the Memphis airport. The camp will get underway at 7 PM on Friday night and conclude at noon on Sunday.

 

Color guard auditions will be conducted a bit differently. Most winter guards have camps that first weekend in December. We don't want any of you to miss your winter guard camp. So, all color guard applicants must submit a video audition. The requirements for your video will be emailed to you the minute we receive your Interest Form. The first opportunity for color guard to have the Memphis Blues experience in person will be at our April 24-26 camp.

 

The fee to submit a video audition for brass, percussion and color guard is $25. Just pay the $25 video audition fee here on the website and then email your video or a link to your video to director@memphisbluesdc.org. The brass and percussion audition materials will be emailed to you when we receive your Interest Form.
